Membership Plans
We offer memberships for adults, children, and a specialized periodontal membership. Here’s what is included by each option:
Adult Membership: $39 per month
- Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
- Doctor exams (2 per year)
- Needed x-rays
- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
- $99 Lifetime Activation Fee includes first month
Child Membership: $31 per month
- Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
- Doctor exams (2 per year)
- Needed x-rays
- One emergency exam per year (if needed)
- Fluoride treatment 1 per year
- 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

Perio Membership: $61 per month
- Perio maintenance cleanings (3 to 4 per year)
- Doctor exams (2 per year)
- Needed x-rays
- One emergency exam per year (if needed)

The perio membership is designed for adults who currently have periodontal (gum) disease or have been treated for it in the past. Periodontal maintenance involves more frequent cleanings that are necessary to manage gum disease.
