Dr. Kelly L. Kalmar was raised in Greenlawn and is a graduate of Harborfields High School. She graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Biology and went on to earn her DMD from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. After graduation she completed a 2 year general practice residency at Nassau University Medical Center and went on to be the Director of Dental Medicine at Nassau University Medical Center for two years. Dr. Kelly is currently in full time private family practice in Huntington Village.
Dr Kelly and Dr. Gregg have been in practice together since 1998, during that time together they have established not only a solid professional relationship but work along side each other with the same philosophies in regards to patient care and overall well-being. By nature Drs. Kelly and Gregg have always gone out of their way to develop caring relationships with patients in the practice and aim to work in an atmosphere where family dentistry is a priority.
Dr. Kelly L. Kalmar is one of the founding members and an officer of the Long Island Female Dental Academy, as well as one of the founding members and an officer of a local charity group called, Dentists for a Better Huntington. Dr. Kelly Kalmar is also a member of the Suffolk County Dental Society , American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry as well as a Fellow in The Long Island Academy of Odontology. She currently maintains more then 700 continuation hours which allows her to stay up on the ever changing and growing fields of dentistry.
Dr. Kelly currently lives in Northport and when not working, she enjoys traveling, cooking and gardening, but most of all spending time with friends and family.
